Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Scunthorpe United and Preston North End were the big winners at the weekend as they both picked up three vital points, from the teams around them, in their race to beat the drop.

Scunthorpe beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park to earn two players their place in the npower Championship Team of the Week.

David Mirfin scored the opening goal after 25 minutes, earning him a place in defence, before Ramon Nunez added the second. Fellow defender Marcus Williams joins Mirfin in the side.

Preston were 3-1 winners over Sheffield United with Keith Treacy bagging a brace to earn his place in midfield.

Two other players also scored twice at the weekend with the two forwards Marlon King and Matt Fryatt both scoring two in wins for Coventry City and Hull City.
