Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Hat trick heroes Rickie Lambert and Chris Wood lead the line in the npower Championship team this week. Lambert's three strikes helped Southampton to a 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest and helped made it 12 home wins in succession for the Saints. Wood meanwhile helped Birmingham City to a 3-0 win at home to Millwall. The striker, on loan from West Bromwich Albion, made it four goals in two games to move his team in tothe top half of the table.

West Ham United may have lost Scott Parker but still have strength in depth in midfield. Both Mark Noble and Matt Taylor scored from midfield for the Hammers in a 4-3 win over Portsmouth, and they join Blackpool's Barry Ferguson and Mark Yeates of Watford in the divisional team. Ferguson notched his first goal for the club in Blackpool's 2-0 win at home to Ipswich while Yeates's opener helped the Hornets to their first win of the season, 2-0 away at Reading.

In defence Danish keeper Casper Ankergren kept a team sheet in Brighton & Hove Albion's 1-0 win at Bristol City, with Coventry City's Cyrus Christie also contributed to a clean sheet in the 2-0 win over Derby County while assisting with the second goal courtesy of a long throw. James Chester of Hull City, Anthony Gerrard of Cardiff City and Joe Bennett of Middlesbrough also helped their sides shut out the opposition with Bennett also finding time to get forward and score a goal in the 2-0 win at Burnley.
