Birmingham City manager Chris Hughton is the npower Championship Manager of the Month for October.
Hughton led Blues to an unbeaten month with four wins and a draw during October.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "A fantastic month for Birmingham and Chris Hughton as they recorded 13 points from a possible 15, conceding only one goal in the process.
"What adds to this achievement is that their successful league form coincides with a great run in the Europa League."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Birmingham secured four wins last month, including two impressive away victories at Nottingham Forest and Bristol City.
"Their defence has provided a solid base for success and I'm sure Blues fans will be confident of a good season if they keep up their current form.
"I'd like to congratulate Chris and the team on behalf of npower, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season."
The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
