Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Another action-packed weekend in the npower Championship saw plenty of contenders for places in the latest Team of the Week.

Goalkeeper Luke Steele was a solid foundation for Barnsley in their 2-0 win at home to Yorkshire rivals Doncaster Rovers and earns his spot - with an assist as well as his clean sheet having set up the Tykes' opener with a long clearance.

In front of him is a back-four that went unbreached in their respective teams' results on Saturday and Sunday.

Lee Hodson enjoyed a fine afternoon for Watford in the Hornets' 2-0 victory over Portsmouth at Vicarage Road, as did Matt Mills for Leicester City on Sunday as the Foxes opened their second Nigel Pearson era with a 3-0 beating of Crystal Palace.

Joining the pair are Jack Hobbs of Hull City, a rock for the Tigers in their 2-0 win at Derby County that moved them sixth, and Southampton's Daniel Fox who impressed in the leaders' 3-0 home success over Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Team of the Week's midfield boasts a range of spectacular goals with Leicester's Paul Gallagher leading the way after netting a tremendous pair in that win against Palace.

Peterborough United's Grant McCann is included after curling in a delightful free-kick to earn Posh a 1-1 draw at Birmingham City.

Joining them are Peter Whittingham, a scorer for Cardiff City in their 2-1 win at Reading, and Michael Kightly, who is on loan at Watford and fired in their first against Portsmouth.

The forward line has five goals to its name with Barnsley's Craig Davies making the cut after scoring both for his side against Doncaster.

Also in is Southampton's Rickie Lambert, whose hat-trick ended his run of six games without a goal and took his season's tally to 14 while earning the Saints a 20th successive home League victory.
