Birmingham City boss Chris Hughton is the npower Championship Manager of the Month for January.
Hughton led his side to an unbeaten month with four wins and a draw during January.
Former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "January was a fantastic month for Hughton and his men which saw them rapidly climb the npower Championship table into fourth place.
"Birmingham have won their games in style, scoring a remarkable 16 goals in just five games."
Blues defender Curtis Davies was also named as the npower Championship Player of the Month and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Birmingham were in fantastic form last month, scoring goals aplenty and defending stoutly to force their way into the promotion picture.
"Chris and Curtis both deserve great credit for their contribution to the team's performances last month, particularly memorable away wins over Millwall and Leeds United.
"On behalf of npower, I'd like to congratulate Chris, Curtis and the rest of the team, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season."
The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
