Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.
It was a good weekend for Hull City as they moved up to sixth in the npower Championship by beating Bristol City 3-0. Jack Hobbs scored his first league goal in more than three years to open the scoring and make the divisional Team of the Week. Midfielder Robert Koren and striker Matt Fryatt also bagged one apiece to make the score line convincing and add their names into the squad.
Partnering Hobbs at centre-back is Steven Caldwell after he led his Birmingham City side to a 1-0 over Portsmouth on Tuesday night to lift the Blues up to third in the table.
Also in defence is Southampton's Frazer Richardson and Millwall's Scott Barron. Richardson was on hand to keep out Burnley in the Saints' 2-0 win over the Clarets, whilst Barron was impressive in the Lions' 0-0 draw with Derby County.
Alan Navarro is included in midfield, alongside Koren, after he boosted Brighton & Hove Albion's Play-Off hopes with a last-minute against Leeds United.
Paul Gallagher was the cream of the crop for Leicester City scoring two goals to help the Foxes to a 2-1 win over Cardiff City and he fills the right midfield slot.
Making up the midfield is Garath McCleary after his performance in Nottingham Forest's 1-1 with Watford. The winger opened the scoring with a 25-yard shot and impressed throughout.
Up front, partnering Fryatt, is Reading's evergreen striker Jason Roberts. The 34-year-old has settled in well at the Madejski Stadium following his move from Blackburn Rovers and he scored his second goal for the Royals in their 2-0 win over Coventry City.
Another Reading player to make the line-up is goalkeeper Adam Federici. Despite a comfortable victory, Federici remained solid throughout the 90 minutes to keep a clean sheet and lift.
