Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Leeds United were the stars of the show in the npower Championship as they cruised to a comfortable 2-0 victory against promotion-chasing Middlesbrough at the Riverside.

United's stern back line kept Boro at bay and goalkeeper Andy Lonergan and defender Darren O'Dea both earned a place in the Team of the Week with their performances in the convincing victory.

Partnering O'Dea in the heart of the defence is Brighton & Hove Albion's Adam El-Abd, who made his 250th appearance for the Seagulls on Wednesday night in the 2-2 draw with Cardiff City, and played a pivotal role in Saturday's 2-0 win over Portsmouth.

Reading made it eight wins from eight games with a 3-1 win over Leicester City and right-back Shaun Cummings, as well as centre midfielder Mikele Leigertwood - who opened the scoring against the Foxes, both make the XI.

Southampton also have two representatives in the Team of the Week with Daniel Fox taking the left-back slot and the ever-influential Adam Lallana, who scored a brace in the Saints' 2-0 win over Barnsley on Saturday, taking the slot on the left side of midfield.

Making up the midfield is Doncaster Rovers' James Coppinger and Ipswich Town's Grant Leadbitter. Coppinger bagged for Donny as they drew 1-1 with high-flying West Ham United whilst Leadbitter scored twice in three second-half minutes to earn the Tractor Boys a share of the spoils in a 2-2 draw with Hull City.

Up front, Watford's Troy Deeney is partnered alongside Derby County's Steve Davies.

The Rams and the Hornets went head-to-head at Pride Park and, after two early goals for Watford, with Deeney getting the second; Davies pulled a goal back for County. They couldn't find another, though, and Sean Dyche's men collected all three points.
