Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Rickie Lambert scored his fourth hat-trick of this season as league leaders Southampton came from behind to win against Millwall at the New Den.

The 30-year-old opened the scoring in the 16th minute and then scored two late penalties to give the Saints a 3-2 win and put his name into the Championship Team of the Week.

Partnering Lambert up front is Blackpool's veteran hit man Kevin Phillips, who scored a goal in each half as the Tangerines overcame Brighton & Hove Albion 3-1.

Derby County were 2-1 winners over Doncaster Rovers on Saturday and defender Gareth Roberts, who scored the Rams' second goal of the afternoon, makes the XI - as does team-mate Paul Green.

In the centre of the park Reading's Jem Karacan is partnered with Ipswich Town's Grant Leadbitter.

Karacan scored twice as promotion-hopefuls Reading cruised to a 4-0 win over Barnsley whilst Leadbitter scored for the Tractor Boys in their 3-2 win over Peterborough United.

Making up the midfield is Keith Fahey, who rounded off a comfortable 3-0 win for Birmingham City over promotion-rivals Middlesbrough with a spectacular solo effort.

Hull's Jack Hobbs is alongside West Ham's Danny Collins in central defence. Hobbs put in a fine display as the Tigers drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace whilst Collins, who is on loan from Stoke City, scored a last-gasp equaliser for the Hammers against Leeds United.

Tal Ben-Haim makes up the back four for his efforts in Portsmouth's 0-0 draw with relegation-rivals Bristol City.

In goal is Coventry City's Joe Murphy, who pulled off a string of fine saves to contain in-form Watford and give his side a valuable point in a goalless draw.
