Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.
Rickie Lambert hit two goals on Monday as Southampton beat Crystal Palace 2-0 to move three points clear at the top of the Championship.
The striker found the net either side of the interval to take his tally of goals for the Saints to 87 and earn his place in the Team of the Week.
Alongside Lambert up top is West Ham United's Ricardo Vaz Te, who scored three goals over the Easter weekend. He notched one in the Hammers' 4-0 win over Barnsley on Friday and scored a brace in the Iron's thrilling 3-3 draw with Birmingham City on Monday.
West Ham also have two other representatives in the Team of the Week with Kevin Nolan making the midfield and James Tomkins making the defence.
Derby County's Craig Bryson partners Nolan in the middle as he scored in the Rams' comfortable 2-0 win against Leeds United at Elland Road.
Frank Fielding is the other Derby player in the XI as he kept two clean sheets over the weekend to extend his sides winning run to seven matches.
Reading's Jobi McAnuff and Birmingham's Chris Burke make up the midfield.
McAnuff was influential as the second-placed Royals overcame Leeds 2-0 on Friday, whilst Burke grabbed a goal in both of the Blues' games over the long weekend.
Tomkins is partnered at centre-half by Cardiff City's Ben Turner, who scored his side's opener in their 2-0 win over fellow Play-Off chasers Middlesbrough on Saturday.
Experienced defender Paul Konchesky is included in the XI at left-back for his role Leicester City's two wins over the weekend. The Foxes beat Doncaster Rovers 4-0 and overcame Ipswich Town 2-1 to move within three points of the Play-Off places.
Burnley's Kieran Trippier takes the right-back slot as he impressed for the Clarets in their two Easter weekend victories.
