Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from the weekend's matches.
Jordan Rhodes scored twice to send Blackburn Rovers to the summit of the npower Championship and earn himself a place in the npower Championship Team of the Week.
The striker joined Rovers from Huddersfield Town for £8million in late August and started to re-pay the fee paid for him with a tidy brace against Bristol City at Ashton Gate.
Partnering the 22-year-old up top is Burnley's Charlie Austin, who also scored twice at the weekend, as the Clarets beat Peterborough United 5-2.
Burnley's Chris McCann and Joseph Mills also make the Team for their respective performances in the convincing win.
Hull City duo James Chester and Abdoulaye Faye are included in the back line as the Tigers eased to a 4-1 victory against Millwall. Faye scored the third goal of the game in the 36th minute, adding to his goal last week, while Chester impressed throughout.
Completing the back four is Middlesbrough's Andre Amougou, who enjoyed a fine debut in a 2-0 win over Ipswich Town. Boro's goalkeeper Jason Steele takes the spot between the sticks, as he kept one of only two clean sheets in the whole of the npower Championship over the weekend.
In midfield, Cardiff City's Peter Whittingham and Bolton Wanderers' Chris Eagles take the wide slots.
Whittingham scored from the spot as the Bluebirds overcame Leeds United 2-1, while Eagles set up two goals for the Trotters, as they beat Watford by the same scoreline.
Birmingham City's Hayden Mullins completes the XI. The former Reading man got on the score sheet as the Blues drew 2-2 with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
