Zat Knight is hoping to use Bolton's victory at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday as a catalyst for a surge up the league table.

The win at Hillsborough was Owen Coyle's side's first on the road this season and with fixtures against Crystal Palace, Leeds and Millwall over the next week, Knight wants his team-mates to maintain their momentum.

"It is a big week. These are the times when you do want a game on Tuesday when you are on a bit of a high," he told the club's official website.

"We can have a good week in training ahead of the Crystal Palace game which can hopefully be the start of a good run of results.

"Hopefully now we've got that first away win we can start our season now and go from strength to strength.

"We have got two massive home games and we need to get maximum points.

"We just need to keep climbing - we have got a tough week and after that is the international week, so if we can get seven points out of the three games it will be a fantastic week."
