Blackburn midfielder David Dunn will have a scan on the calf injury he suffered during Wednesday night's win over Sheffield Wednesday.

Dunn starred in a bright opening by Rovers, laying on Grant Hanley's decisive fifth-minute strike.

But the 32-year-old hobbled out of the action shortly after the half hour to be replaced by Ruben Rochina and is now a major doubt for Saturday's clash with Watford.

"He just tightened his calf a little bit but hopefully we'll know more on Thursday," said caretaker manager Eric Black.
