Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from the weekend's matches.
Jordan Rhodes is the star man in the npower Championship Team of the Week after he netted his first hat-trick in the colours of Blackburn Rovers as they beat Peterborough United 4-1 to move into the Play-Off places.
The former Huddersfield Town striker scored his first in the 20th minute before coolly doubling his tally five minutes before the break. He then completed the rout, and his ninth career treble, in the 79th minute with a close-range header.
Sone Aluko was another striker in top form at the weekend as he scored twice and set up another for Hull City in their 3-2 success at Birmingham City.
The 23-year-old opened the scoring in the 14th minute before adding another 12 minutes later. He then teed up James Chester for his goal as the Tigers cemented their place in the Play-Off pack.
Elsewhere, Lloyd Dyer inspired Leicester City to a 6-0 thrashing of Ipswich Town at the King Power Stadium. The winger caused the Tractor Boys havoc all afternoon, playing a role in a number of the Foxes goals, as well as finding the net himself in the 27th minute.
The other Foxes player to make the Team is the influential Wes Morgan, who marshalled the defence superbly in the comfortable win over Ipswich.
On the opposite flank to Dyer is Brighton and Hove Albion's Will Buckley, who scored a brace to give the Seagulls a 2-1 victory away at Huddersfield.
In the centre of the park, Crystal Palace's Andre Moritz is partnered with Watford's Nathaniel Chalobah. Both players found the net in wins for their respective sides; Moritz for Palace in their 3-0 success over Derby County, and Chalobah in the Hornets' 2-1 victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Crystal Palace have another representative in the Team in the shape of left-back Jonathan Parr. The Norwegian put in a fine display as the Eagles maintained their lead at the summit of the npower Championship.
Cardiff City remain in pursuit of Palace at the top with a 1-0 win over Tony Mowbray's Middlesbrough and Matthew Connelly, who scored the only goal of the game, is included at right-back.
Partnering Wes Morgan at the heart of the defence is Nottingham Forest's Danny Collins, who impressed in their slender 1-0 win against Sheffield Wednesday.
Taking his place in goal, and completing the npower Championship Team of the Week, is Charlton Athletic stopper Ben Hamer. The 'keeper was in fine form as the Addicks picked up a valuable three points with a 1-0 victory at Burnley, keeping the only away clean sheet of the weekend in the division.
