Blackpool midfielder Barry Ferguson has been given the all clear after leaving Saturday's defeat to Peterborough on a stretcher.
Ferguson was placed in a neck brace following a collision with team-mate Isaiah Osbourne and was taken straight to hospital after an eight-minute break in play.
Despite understandable initial concerns, Seasiders manager Paul Ince has now confirmed the injury is not as serious as first thought.
Ince told the Blackpool Gazette: "The scan came back okay. It's great news.
"It was a big concern when he went down for so long.
"You always think the worst."
