Each week, the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from the weekend's matches.

Sheffield Wednesday took a large leap towards safety this weekend with a 3-2 win over fellow strugglers Blackburn Rovers and the star of the show, Jermaine Johnson, takes his place in the npower Championship Team of the Week.

The 32-year-old scored the Owls' first goal in the 20th minute with a low drive after a burst into the penalty box, and he doubled his tally with 15 minutes remaining to seal the three points.

In another match between two relegation-threatened sides, Huddersfield Town drew 2-2 with Peterborough United, and the Terriers' midfielder Neil Danns, who opened the scoring, is included in the line-up.

Partnering Johnson up front is Bolton Wanderers' David Ngog. The Frenchman scored for the Trotters in their 2-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Left-back Marcos Alonso was also on the scoresheet in the win and he too makes the team. The former Real Madrid defender put in a solid defensive display and wrong-footed De Vries to notch his side's second.

Burnley and Ipswich Town also have two players named in the XI following good wins.

The Clarets were 3-1 victors over lowly Bristol City and central midfielder Chris McCann and goalkeeper Lee Grant are included in the squad. McCann finished a well-worked passing move with a left-footed strike that gave Burnley a 2-1 lead, and Grant followed that contribution by saving Steven Davies' penalty with under 10 minutes left to play.

Meanwhile, the Tractor Boys registered a 1-0 success against Derby County at Pride Park. Winger Carlos Edwards was the scorer of the only goal and he's rewarded with a place in the team, as is centre-back Luke Chambers, who was influential in the win, helping Ipswich register their fifth straight clean sheet.

Completing the back four is Charlton Athletic's Dorian Dervite and Hull City's James Chester. The Addicks defender was pivotal in their 2-1 triumph over Leeds United, while Chester was an important part of the Tigers' backline that kept Middlesbrough out during the 1-0 home win at the KC Stadium.

Rounding off this week's team is Blackpool midfielder Ludovic Sylvestre, who gave the Tangerines a first-half lead in their 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest.
