Yeovil loanee Alan Tate has returned to parent club Swansea for treatment on an injury.

The defender, who is on loan with the Glovers until January 2, has been ruled out for six to eight weeks after sustaining a hamstring injury.

A scan revealed Tate, who has featured six times since arriving at Huish Park, suffered a grade two injury and the clubs have agreed he will return to The Liberty Stadium as he recovers.
