Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran has joined Sky Bet Championship club Wigan Athletic on loan for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old was highly thought of when he first burst onto the scene with the Blues but has been sent out on loan to Swansea, Middlesbrough and most recently Watford.
The England Under-21 international will now get a chance to enhance his reputation once again under Uwe Rosler's watch at Latics, who have already brought in Everton's Tyias Browning and Cardiff's Nicky Maynard this month.
"His is a big scoop for us," Rosler told Wigan's official website.
"There's no doubt Josh is a huge talent and we have worked really hard to convince him and Chelsea this is the right place for him to be for the rest of the season.
"I thank everyone for their efforts in making the move happen. Hopefully we will be able to help each other, he can bring something to our team and we can help in the development of one of the country's finest young talents."
