Marvin Bartley has left Burnley after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

The midfielder has spent most of the season on loan at Leyton Orient, where he has featured frequently in their promotion push to the Sky Bet Championship.

Sean Dyche's Clarets have coped just fine without him, though, with their own surge towards the second tier's upper reaches, and the club have reached an agreement with Bartley which will see him end his three-and-a-half-year stay at Turf Moor.

Bartley departs having made 72 appearances for Burnley.
