Yeovil Town will appeal the red card handed to defender Byron Webster in Saturday's draw with Reading.

Webster was one of three Glovers to see red during the second half and he walked for a tackle on Royals substitute Royston Drenthe.

A club statement on Monday afternoon confirmed that Yeovil have appealed the decision and if they are successful, Webster, who is otherwise facing a two-match ban, will be available for Saturday's clash with Sheffield Wednesday.
