Rotherham United have signed defender Frazer Richardson on a two-year deal.

The 31-year-old former Leeds United defender, who is from Rotherham, becomes their third signing in 24 hours following the arrival of former Sheffield Wednesday defender Richard Wood and winger Ryan Hall on Thursday.

Richardson, who started his career in Yorkshire with Leeds, signed for Middlesbrough last summer but finished the campaign with their Sky Bet Championship rivals Ipswich Town on loan.
