Funded by the Young Foundation's Reaching Out programme, Young Ideas is a project focusing on raising the voice and influence of young people within key sporting organisations, with a particular emphasis on those classed as being not in employment, education or training. Young Ideas is a partnership between The Football League Trust and Street Games and operates at the community trusts of Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe United, Huddersfield Town, Barnsley, Doncaster Rovers, Rochdale, Derby County, Lincoln City, MK Dons and Norwich City. The project provides support, guidance and training to 300 young people and culminates in a series of national opportunities for young people to influence major sporting events and organisations.
