Favourite film?

Any one of Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. They're films that you can just watch again and again.

Favourite TV programme?

I like watching my soaps and Futurama or the Simpsons with the kids.

Favourite band?

I like easy listening. 80s and early 90s and I also like Eminem. Anything except head-banging music.

Perfect woman?

Angelina Jolie. She'd do!

Who would be your ideal sponsor?

Probably some sort of counselling service because I get so much stick at every club I play for. I got some terrible tattoos done when I just turned 18 and I get hammered about them everywhere I go!

Best mate in football?

Paul Morgan. I keep in touch with a few other lads, like Alan Marriott at Mansfield, Ben Futcher at Bury and Kevin Ellison at Chester.

Room mate on tour?

Paul Morgan. At the moment he's doing a physiotherapy course and he's always trying to do his studying while I mess about and cause trouble in the room. I bring my lap-top and we watch DVDs. It's very domesticated!

Funniest prank on tour?

When I was at Lincoln we were over in Northern Ireland in pre-season and we had Nigel Jemson with us at the time. We got all of the bins from our rooms and filled them with water and propped them up against his door at an angle. We knocked on the door and ran off and all we could hear was loud swearing. He's a nice guy and he was very good about it but we flood his carpet!

Best goal you've ever scored?

I scored a hat-trick against Lincoln's local rivals Grismby in a 4-2 win in 2005 and my third was a volley. If I tried it 1000 times I wouldn't be able to do it again.

Best Stadium?

I played the Milennium Stadium twice with Lincoln in play-off finals and even though we lost both times it would have to be Cardiff.

What would you be doing if you weren't a footballer?

I'd probably still be a postman but what I'd really like to do is become an electrician. I'm looking into doing it when I finish and I've already started doing the training.
