After the conclusion of the week's Sky Bet Football League matches, we've picked out a squad of the best performers from the divisions to make the Team of the Week.

Here's our 4-3-3 best XI and a manager from the week's Sky Bet Football League matches:

Goalkeeper: Marek Stech (Yeovil Town)

Reading piled forward during their 1-1 draw with Yeovil on Saturday, but Stech was instrumental between the sticks for the Glovers. He saved an Adam Le Fondre penalty and kept the Royals at bay with other saves as the Glovers survived for a point despite having only eight men.

Defender: Durrell Berry (Plymouth Argyle)

Berry has been operating in a wing-back role for Argyle, allowing him to contribute to the attacking play that has seen John Sheridan's team win 4-0 at Fleetwood Town and 5-0 at home to Morecambe this week. As well as helping to keep two clean sheets, Berry netted his first ever Pilgrims goal in 97 appearances in that victory over Morecambe.

Defender: Defender: Matthew Upson (Brighton and Hove Albion)

Upson, an ever-present in the Brighton side in the Sky Bet Championship this season, was named as the Seagulls' Man of the Match in their 1-0 win at Millwall on Saturday.

Defender: Neill Collins (Sheffield United)

Sheffield United picked up two 1-0 away wins this week, and Collins was at the heart of the defence who kept two clean sheets. He has also been a part of the backline that hasn't been breached in 450 minutes of Sky Bet League 1 football.

Defender: Mathias Kouo-Doumbe (Northampton Town)

Kouo-Doumbe scored a second goal in as many games when he put the Cobblers 1-0 up at home to Southend United on Tuesday night. Chris Wilder's men went on to win that game, before he was the stand-out man in a goalless draw at home to Bristol Rovers at the weekend.

Midfielder: Luke Freeman (Stevenage)

Stevenage may only have moved up one place in the League 1 table during the week however it could prove to be a vital seven days for Boro who picked up two victories. Luke Freeman played all 180 minutes, scoring a stunning brace in a 3-2 win at Bradford City on Saturday.

Midfielder: Lee Frecklington (Rotherham United)

Rotherham are now unbeaten in nine Sky Bet League 1 games largely thanks to captain Lee Frecklington. The midfielder netted twice in a thrilling 3-3 draw at Preston North End on Tuesday, and although he was subbed off during Saturday's 6-0 win over Notts County, he received a huge ovation having already driven his team towards a five-goal lead.

Midfielder: Jay Spearing (Bolton Wanderers)

The Bolton captain put in a captain's performance as the Trotters recorded their biggest win over Lancashire rivals Blackburn Rovers in 86 years. Spearing scored his team's third from 25 yards with a stinging effort that hit the underside of the bar, and was an energetic force in their 4-0 victory.

Striker: Scott Hogan (Rochdale)

Rochdale won their 12th home League 2 game of the season with a 3-0 victory over Oxford United - striker Hogan grabbed all three, his 17th, 18th and 19th goals of the season..

Striker: Yann Kermorgant (Bournemouth)

After four matches from the bench, Kermorgant was handed his first start for Bournemouth. The January signing from Charlton Athletic duly delivered the goods with three goals in their 5-0 win over Doncaster Rovers.

Striker: Nahki Wells (Huddersfield Town)

Wells may not have scored in eight matches for Huddersfield but he was easily the stand-out performer in the Terriers' 5-0 win over Yorkshire rivals Barnsley at the weekend. The Bermudan grabbed three assists and also won a penalty, converted by Adam Clayton.

Manager: Graham Westley (Stevenage)

Westley always says that his teams are better towards the end of the season, and so it is proving with Stevenage. The past seven days have delivered six points from the League 1 strugglers, with a 1-0 win over Crewe Alexandra before a 3-2 away success over Bradford to lift them within four points of safety.
