Sheffield Wednesday and Yorkshire charity The Children's Hospital have scooped a major award for their new partnership.
The Creating Better Futures Award recognises work between private sector and community organisations in Yorkshire and Humberside.
It comes after the club announced they would not display a main commercial sponsor's name on the team kit, but would carry The Children's Hospital logo for the next two seasons.
As a result, The Children's Hospital will be given a £10,000 bursary from the Government Development Agency.
Olympic Gold medallist Matthew Pinsent CBE presented the award to staff from Wednesday and the hospital.
Owls' Chairman Lee Strafford said: "The partnership between the club and The Children's Hospital represents something of real value to our community.
"We are proud to be working with The Children's Hospital and delighted to be acknowledged by this award."
Charity Director David Vernon-Edwards said: "The Children's Hospital creates better futures for thousands of children and their families all over Yorkshire.
"This award will help us to continue supporting the Hospital with its amazing work."
Football League Trust Regional Manager Angus Martin said: "By donating their shirt space to the charity, Wednesday are bringing their Community work to the fore.
"The work that the club has done with The Children's Hospital will have an enormous benefit on young kids in Yorkshire.
"The results of the relationship so far have been incredible and we're looking forward to seeing the partnership develop over the next few seasons."
