Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium played host to the ninth annual Pan-Disability Football Festival, as part of the Football League Trust's Every Player Counts project.
More than 200 youth and adult players took part, representing Football League teams including Brentford, Coventry City, Milton Keynes Dons, Northampton Town and Plymouth Argyle.
Northampton's Multi-Disabled Team won in the Under-16 category, Bury won the adult league and a team from the Hope Centre won the adult championship.
The festival was organised by Northampton's Football in the Community programme in partnership with the Every Player Counts Project and Northampton Town Multi Disabled Football Club.
Northampton Town Head of Media Gareth Willsher said: "The tournament is a very important event in our calendar.
"We are proud to support our excellent pan-disability teams and proud to welcome teams from across the country.
"The players were all pleased to have the opportunity to play on a Football League pitch and it's great to be able to offer that."
