Burton Albion's Youth Development team have unveiled their new Centre of Excellence.
The Centre will take on 74 youngsters this season between the ages of 12-16.
Former Derby County Coach Gareth Holmes has joined the club as Centre of Excellence Manager.
Holmes said: "We have a great opportunity to create something that everyone involved with Burton Albion can be proud of.
"We can make big steps in the Youth Development of the club, and have young players coming through to play for Burton and help us progress up the League."
Holmes is joined at the Pirelli Stadium by ex-Leicester City and Bolton Wanderers defender Mike Whitlow, who has been appointed Head of Scholars.
Whitlow said: "Every kid's dream is to play football, and we've got the passion to help them.
"We want lads to come here, see what we're about and encourage them to play football.
"As coaches we want to give them an experience that they'll enjoy."
