The first ever Soccer AM Futsal Cup powered by NCS champions will be crowned on Sunday 27th April.
Over 50 clubs kick-started the competition in September, and now the final four are set to showdown at the Birmingham International Futsal Arena.
Following seven months of scintillating action, from heartbreak, as clubs crashed out on penalties, to scenes of euphoria, as last second strikes saved the day; either Derby County, Grimsby Town, Leeds United or Notts County will become kings of the court.
Sunday's champions will keep their flag flying high this summer, as they jet off on a playing tour to the futsal hotbed of Barcelona.
Football League Trust Futsal Manager, John Relish said: "It promises to be a fascinating day of Futsal, with the teams so evenly poised, it will be interesting to see who holds their nerve to secure their seats on that flight in July.
"Leeds are the reigning FLT Futsal League National Champions, and will be hoping to add the Cup, whilst Derby were dubbed as favourites during Soccer AM highlights in earlier rounds, so the pressure is on, and I'm sure Grimsby and Notts County will be more than happy to spoil the party."
The four clubs are currently flying in their FLT Futsal League campaigns, with Grimsby and Leeds occupying first and second spot in the North East Division, whilst Derby and Notts County also sit in first and second place in the North Midlands Division.
Sunday will see hundreds watch on from the sidelines, starting with the semi-finals in the morning, as Derby play Leeds and Grimsby take on Notts County, followed by a third-place play-off before the grand finale.
Between fixtures, NCS will treat the crowd to a 'Night Futsal' spectacle as renowned freestylers John Farnworth and Dan Magness showcase their skills in a celebratory UV lit display, before a star studded team take on the famous 'Bin Header Challenge', with Kiss FM's Dixon Brothers on the decks throughout the day.
