The Football League has confirmed that tickets for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final will be available to purchase at Wembley Stadium on the day of the game.

A bumper 40,000-strong crowd is expected for the 1.30pm kick-off on Sunday 3 April as Brentford visit the new Wembley for the first time and Carlisle United look to atone for last year's defeat to Southampton.

Fans of all clubs are being encouraged to walk-up to Wembley on Sunday to enjoy what is set to be a thrilling encounter with the Bees chasing their first ever Johnstone's Paint Trophy win and the Cumbrians aiming to end a 14-year wait to reclaim it.

Tickets sales at the stadium open at 9am with seats available from as little as £24 for adults and £12 for concessions. Brentford tickets can be purchased from the West ticket office and Carlisle from the East.

Football League Head of Communications, John Nagle said: "The Johnstone's Paint Trophy gives clubs in Leagues 1 and 2 the opportunity to carve out their own piece of cup glory at Wembley Stadium. Sunday's final between Brentford and Carlisle United is all set to provide a thrilling spectacle for fans."
