Football League clubs around the country are now taking bookings for February half-term children's activities via their Official Soccer Schools website created in conjunction with The League and Beko.

Launched in October 2011, the innovative website makes it easy for mums and dads to find and book holiday and term-time sports activities run by League clubs by visiting each team's specific part of the website.

Courses will run throughout the half-term holiday and are all safe, fun and run by FA qualified coaches. Official Soccer Schools Ambassador and former Charlton Athletic and West Ham United manager Alan Curbishley said: " is a fantastic portal for mums and dads to get their kids engaged with their local Football League club.

"Soccer Schools at League clubs provide the perfect environment for fun, safe football allowing children to meet new friends and hone their skills.

"I would encourage parents to visit for details of the activities on offer at League clubs to see how their kids can get involved this half-term."

The Official Soccer Schools website is supported by domestic appliances supplier, Beko who coordinate their own Beko 'Mum's United' campaign to assist parents by providing grassroots football tips during the football season. Find out more and win at
