It's that time of the week again when we get all statistical about the Coca-Cola Football League. This week we take a look at the discipline from clubs and players in games so far this season.
CHAMPIONSHIP
Yorkshire clubs dominate the statistic table for the most fouls committed in the Coca-Cola Championship with Barnsley leading the way with a total of 211 from their 16 games so far this season meaning on average they have fouled their opponents 13 times during a single match.
Bristol City are in second spot with 208 fouls but along with West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United have received the most yellow cards with a total of 29.
The player who has committed the most fouls this season is Sheffield United striker Darius Henderson who has racked up more than a quarter of his teams fouls by himself.
The club that has seen the least amount of free-kicks go against them is Swansea City with a total of 150 in their opening 16 games of the season.
Queens Park Rangers, Cardiff City and Scunthorpe United have all had three players sent-off so far this season with seven clubs having stayed away from red cards.
LEAGUE 1
In Coca-Cola League 1 Milton Keynes Dons lead the way with the most fouls dished out to opponents with 228 fouls so far this season. They also top the charts in the yellow card department with 40 cautions being branded, nine ahead of second placed Oldham Athletic who have had 31 issued their way.
Norwich City front man Grant Holt and Brighton & Hove Albion striker Liam Dickinson have both conceded 36 fouls each which is the highest total in League 1.
Brighton are also top of the sending off table with six red cards being showed to the Seagulls players so far this season with 10 teams still yet to receive see any of their players receive their marching orders.
The side that has totalled the least amount of fouls so far this season in League 1 are Swindon Town with just 122 fouls to their name.
LEAGUE 2
Top of the Coca-Cola League 2 foul table are Northampton Town with a total of 214 fouls to their name so far this season with Grimsby Town in second with 210 fouls committed.
Crewe Alexandra have been the best behaved team in League 2 with only 124 fouls on their opponents so far this season, 16 fouls clear of Aldershot Town - the team second from bottom in the fouls table.
The player that has been dishing out the most fouls in League 2 is Barnet striker Paul Furlong who has committed 41 fouls on his opponents so far this season.
As far as yellow cards are concerned Lincoln City lead the way by some distance with 35 cautions which is eight clear of second placed Grimsby and 25 more than Rochdale who have only had 10 players booked so far this season.
Five teams are yet to have players sent off this season but Grimsby Town are top of the dismissals chart with six red cards.
