It's almost all decided in the Coca-Cola Championship with less than a week to go but one big issue could be decided tonight when Crystal Palace host West Bromwich Albion. A win for Palace would confirm Sheffield Wednesday's relegation to League 1. If the Eagles fail to win then the pressure will be really on when the two sides meet on Sunday at Hillsborough.

At the other end of the table, the big race to make the Play-Offs is between Blackpool and Swansea City. All the other promotion and Play-Off issues have already been confirmed and Blackpool go into the last match with the advantage after leapfrogging the Swans on Saturday to move into sixth place. In League 2 Notts County could be crowned Champions on Tuesday night if they beat Darlington in their game in hand and at the other end of the table Barnet could secure their place in the Football League if they beat Accrington Stanley at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.
