It's set to be an exciting weekend of action on Sky Sports with two Football League matches and the Capital One Cup Final being screened live.

First up, on Friday, the cameras are at Meadow Lane for Notts County's npower League 1 match against Bury.

The Magpies are 11th in the table but come into the game on the back of a poor run - they haven't won in four matches - so they will be eager to take some points from the home match with Bury, who are embroiled in a relegation scrap.

The Shakers currently sit 22nd and are six points adrift of safety. They have only won two away matches all season but have drawn their last three games on the road.

On Saturday, at 5.20pm, it's the turn of Middlesbrough and Millwall, who meet at the Riverside Stadium.

It's likely to be an interesting encounter in the North East with both sides struggling for form. Boro have lost six of their last eight, winning just once in that run, while the Lions have lost their last five on the bounce. Their most recent defeat was a 5-1 hammering at the hands of 23rd-placed Peterborough United on Tuesday night.

Expect goals in the match, though - there has only ever been three goalless draws in the 46 meetings between the two sides, the latest coming in February 1995.

On Sunday, it's then time for the highlight of the weekend as Bradford City and Swansea City meet at Wembley Stadium in the Capital One Cup Final at 4pm.

The odds are heavily stacked against the Bantams, who sit 11th in npower League 2, and they have only won once in the four matches since their semi-final second leg against Aston Villa. They will fancy their chances, though, seeing as they have already overcome three Premier League teams in the competition.

The Swans, meanwhile, lie eighth in the top flight and are heavy favourites, but they were soundly beaten 5-0 by Liverpool last time out.

It's going to be one hell of a cup final, so be sure to not miss the action live from the national stadium.
