Two of three The Football League games live on Sky Sports this weekend both involve teams at either end of their respective divisions, with Hull City hosting Bristol City in the npower Championship on Friday and Brentford visiting Hartlepool United in npower League 1 on Saturday.
While Bristol City and Hartlepool have already been relegated from the Championship and League 1 respectively, that's certainly not the case for their opponents.
Hull are second and battling for promotion to the Premier League. They currently lead third-placed Watford by six points, meaning a win against the Robins in the 7.45pm kick-off would all but secure their return to the top flight.
And the Tigers have a good recent record against their opponents, winning the last two meetings 3-0 and 2-1.
Brentford, meanwhile, are a point behind second-placed Bournemouth in League 1, so could move into the automatic promotion places in Saturday's 5.20pm kick-off against the Pools, but only if the Cherries drop points at home to Carlisle United earlier in the day.
The recent record in this fixture is an interesting one, with six of the last eight meetings, including the reverse fixture earlier in the season, ending level.
Sandwiched between those two games, there's a match involving Championship leaders Cardiff City and 17th-placed Burnley at 12.45pm on Saturday.
The Bluebirds were promoted in midweek after a 0-0 draw with Charlton Athletic and they now have their attention firmly focused on securing the title. A win against the Clarets would be enough for Malky Mackay's men to be named champions.
Sean Dyche's Burnley have needs of their own, though, so will hope to spoil Cardiff's party and gain three much-needed points as they aim to avoid relegation.
