Leeds United are undefeated in their opening three games of the season and they host Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday in Saturday's 12.15pm kick-off live on Sky Sports.

Brian McDermott's side registered a win against Brighton and Hove Albion on the first day of the new campaign and then overcame Chesterfield in the Capital One Cup First Round, before a goalless draw with Leicester City last time out.

Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday have been on the wrong end of 2-1 scorelines in all three of their games this term - in the league against Burnley and Queens Park Rangers, and against Rotherham United in the Cup.

The Whites and the Owls have enjoyed many fiercely contested meetings over the years and the former hold the advantage with 35 wins, compared to Wednesday's 29. Leeds will also take confidence from last season's results having taken four points over the two encounters against their Yorkshire counterparts.
