Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Despite starting the weekend bottom of the league, Plymouth Argyle led the way in npower League 1 with a six-point haul that saw three players selected in the League 1 Team of the Week.

The Pilgrims supplied more players that any other team, closely followed by Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield Town, who both contributed two each.

Goalkeeper David Button and defender Curtis Nelson both stood out at the back for Peter Reid's team as two clean sheets provided the platform for two very important wins. Midfielder Carl Fletcher was also a star performer for Plymouth over the Bank Holiday weekend as they moved to within three points of safety, with a game in hand.

Neil Mellor scored three times over the weekend to play a significant role in Sheffield Wednesday's four-point Easter tally and his performances earned him one of the striker's spots.

He was partnered up top by Huddersfield's Jordan Rhodes, who grabbed a brace in their 2-1 win over struggling Dagenham & Redbridge on Monday.

There was also a Terriers/Owls partnership in the centre of the park with Wednesday's Darren Potter joined by Huddersfield's Joey Gudjonsson after the pair had starred for their clubs during the Easter matches.
