npower League 1 leaders Charlton Athletic romped to a 5-2 victory over Preston North End at The Valley.
Jonnie Jackson netted twice, with Michael Morrison (22) and in-form Bradley Wright-Phillips (39) also on target as the Addicks coasted into a 4-0 half-time lead, with Danny Hollands (68) heaping more misery on the visitors.
The Lilywhites eventually left with two late consolation goals through Craig Morgan (85) and Keammar Daley (90).

Second-placed Huddersfield Town equalled Nottingham Forest's 42-match unbeaten record, but had to be content with a 1-1 draw at home to Walsall. Lee Novak (67) put the Terriers in front, but Jamie Paterson (78) secured a point for the visitors.
Sheffield Wednesday missed the chance to close the gap as they were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Brentford at Hillsborough.
Strugglers Chesterfield and Yeovil Town shared four goals at the b2net Stadium. Jordan Bowery (4) gave the home side an early lead, only for Gavin Massey (29) to draw the bottom club level. Bowery (55) struck again at the start of the second half with a 20-yard effort, but an own goal from Mark Allott (74) presented Yeovil fans with a point to take on their long journey back to the west country.
10-man Hartlepool United secured a 1-1 draw at in-form Leyton Orient. Sheffield United went down 2-1 at Stevenage to a late goal from Scott Laird (82). The Blades, who are fifth, had fought back through Ched Evans (69) after Mark Roberts (42) gave the hosts, who are now just two points off the Play-Offs, a half-time lead.
MK Dons continue to go well, and now in fourth place after a 3-1 home win over Rochdale. An early free-kick from Brian Barry-Murphy (8) put the visitors in front, but MK Dons were in command at the break through Adam Smith (17), Charlie MacDonald (22) and Mark Beevers (31).
Bournemouth claimed a 2-0 win over Scunthorpe United 2-0 with goals from Scott Malone (20) and Wesley Thomas.
Andy Bishop scored twice in the first half and also missed a penalty as Bury won their west Lancashire derby at Oldham Athletic.Latics keeper Alex Cisak was sent off after just 10 minutes for a professional foul on the striker, but replacement Paul Gerrard saved the resulting spot-kick. Bury also finished with 10 men as Lenell John-Lewis was sent off in stoppage time for a second caution.
