Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes has been named npower League 1 Player of the Month for December.
Rhodes struck six times in four games last month, including all four goals in his side's 4-4 draw at Sheffield Wednesday.
Huddersfield boss Lee Clark said: "I am not surprised that Jordan has won the award as he was outstanding last month.
"It is not just his goals - his overall performances have been of the highest quality. He has looked like an international player.
"I believe he is responding to all the nice things being said about him and the speculation linking him with clubs in the higher leagues. We are all delighted for him."
Sky Sports' Football League expert Peter Beagrie sits on the npower Player of the Month judging panel.
He said: "Jordan continued to enhance his growing reputation with another glut of goals last month.
"His development has been frighteningly quick and he already looks like a top quality player. To have reached 20 league goals at this stage in the season is an exceptional achievement."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Jordan picked up the League 1 npower Player of the Month award back in October and it's no surprise that he's won it again.
"He has excelled in front of goal this season, helping his side continue their push for promotion to the Championship.
"On behalf of npower, I'd like to congratulate Jordan, and wish him the best of luck for the rest of the season."
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Head of Communications John Nagle, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
