Sheffield United manager Danny Wilson is the npower League 1 Manager of the Month for December.
Wilson's team selection and tactics strengthened his side's push for promotion with maximum points from their four games.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "The Blades' perfect record in December took them into an automatic promotion place, albeit for just a few days.
"They are still in a fantastic position after yet another strong month for Danny Wilson and his team. He deserves this recognition for the job he's doing."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Sheffield United continued their impressive form from November throughout the whole of December.
"Danny's side won all four of their games, conceding just two goals. In a league as competitive as npower League 1 that is a very notable achievement.
"On behalf of npower, I'd like to congratulate Danny and the team, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season."
The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
