Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Teams of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Huddersfield Town's Jordan Rhodes was in outstanding form in npower League 1 at the weekend, scoring five goals as the Terriers thrashed Wycombe Wanderers 6-0 away from home. The Scottish International produced a sublime performance at Adams Park as he scored his fourth hat-trick of the season.

The 21-year-old is also joined by two other Huddersfield players in the Team of the Week. Midfielder Oscar Gobern got himself on the scoreboard in the 6-0 rout, and Jack Hunt played a key role from defence that helped the promotion hopefuls keep a clean sheet.

Exeter City are another side who provided a trio to this week's XI, as they eased their relegation worries with a 2-0 away win over bottom of the table Chesterfield. Liam Sercombe gave an all-round performance from midfield, scoring from outside the area to seal victory for the Grecians. Richard Duffy's defensive display and a solid goalkeeping show from Artur Krysiak was also vital for Exeter gaining all three points.

The rest of the defence in this week's Team of the Week include Hartlepool United's Sam Collins, who helped his side to a 2-0 win over Rochdale, and Carlisle United defender Matthew Robson who grabbed a goal for himself as the Cumbrians comfortably beat Leyton Orient 4-1.

James Berrett was Carlisle's second player in the Team of the Week - he capped off his side's performance by skipping past two defenders to fire home the Cumbrians' fourth and final goal.

Tranmere Rovers Martin Devaney is the final midfielder to join Berrett, after scoring the opening goal from a Jose Baxter cross, in a 2-2 draw with Brentford.

Completing the side and partnering Rhodes upfront is Hartlepool's Luke James who scored a spectacular volley from 25-yards out during the 2-0 win over Rochdale.
