Sheffield Wednesday have signed on-loan defender Miguel Llera on a permanent basis.
Llera, released by Championship side Blackpool, has put pen to paper on an 18-month deal.
The 32-year-old initially signed for Wednesday on loan last November and has made three starts, with the Owls winning all three of those games.
The centre-half made his bow in English football with MK Dons in the 2008/9 season after joining from Spanish side Hercules.
He moved on to Charlton the following season and played alongside current Wednesday midfielder Jose Semedo before signing for Blackpool in August 2011.
