Awadh Ahmed has become the second MK Dons player to sign on a youth loan for Blue Square Bet North side Histon.

Teenage midfielder Ahmed joins club colleague Jordan Ivey-Ward at the Glassworld Stadium.

Ahmed, who is often used out wide, has been with MK Dons since the age of 12 and has progressed through their academy.

Ivey-Ward was successfully converted from a defender to a striker by his hometown club, who handed the 18-year-old a professional contract in June.

In August, Ivey-Ward was sent out to Conference Premier outfit Tamworth on a six-month loan deal, but he failed to make a breakthrough into the Lambs' senior side on a regular basis, so has been switched to the Stutes in the hope of getting more regular first-team football.
