Each week, the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from the weekend's matches.

Jabo Ibehre netted a second-half double for Colchester United as they clawed themselves out of the relegation zone with a 2-0 win at Stevenage, and the striker has been named in the npower League 1 Team of the Week.

The 30-year-old front man opened the scoring just after the hour mark before notching again 10 minutes later, to earn the U's a vital victory.

Partnering Ibehre up top is Leyton Orient's Charlie MacDonald, another forward who bagged two goals at the weekend. The former Brentford man found the net in the 26th minute and then added another just after the interval, to help the O's to a 3-1 success at home to high-flying Bournemouth.

Edward Upson scored the only goal of the game for Yeovil Town as they beat Tranmere Rovers 1-0 to keep up their promotion push, and he's named in the centre of midfield, alongside Doncaster Rovers' David Syers.

The former Bradford City midfielder played a key role for the league leaders as they put three past Hartlepool United without reply. Left-back Tommy Spurr is the other Rovers player to be named in the XI.

Walsall's Jamie Paterson and Brentford's Harry Forrester occupy the wide positions of the midfield.

The Saddlers' Paterson caused Shrewsbury Town problems throughout the afternoon, as Walsall won 3-1, while Forrester impressed for the Bees in their 1-0 triumph against Scunthorpe United.

Portsmouth recorded a long overdue three points with a 2-1 victory at Crewe Alexandra and right-back Yassin Moutaouakil is named in the back four for his efforts.

At centre-half, Sheffield United's Harry Maguire is joined by Crawley Town's Connor Essam.

Maguire was pivotal for the Blades as they registered their fifth successive clean sheet with a 2-0 victory at Oldham Athletic - a result that kept their title chase on track.

Essam, meanwhile, also played a role in a clean sheet, with Crawley winning 2-0 at Gigg Lane against Bury.

Notts County were another team not to concede at the weekend, beating Carlisle United 1-0, and stopper Bartosz Bialkowski is named between the sticks, completing the Team of the Week.
