Notts County have recalled Joss Labadie from his loan spell at Torquay.

Labadie, who joined the Magpies on a free transfer last summer after leaving Tranmere, moved to Plainmoor at the start of March but has been brought back from the npower League Two club after just under a month in Devon.

As part of the deal that took the 22-year-old midfielder to Torquay, the Magpies included a clause allowing them to recall the player at 24 hours' notice - an option that the club have now taken up.

Labadie scored four goals in seven appearances during his short spell with the Gulls.
