Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.
The final League 2 Team of the Week features two Barnet players after the Bees once again held onto their Football League status on the last day of the season.
Defender Daniel Leach was rewarded for doing his job at one end to keep Port Vale's strikers at bay and at the other, Izale McLeod popped up with the all important goal - his 14th goal in little over half a season - to give them a 1-0 win over the Valiants and earn his place in the side.
The win, coupled with Lincoln City's 3-0 defeat at the hands of Aldershot Town, saw them move out of the relegation zone on the final day. The Imps defeat came largely courtesy of Luke Guttridge, whose brace from midfield condemned Steve Tilson's side to relegation and gave the former Northampton Town man a call up in central midfield.
Fourth placed Shrewsbury Town and mid-table Crewe Alexandra were the other two teams. The Railwaymen signed off the campaign in some style with a 5-1 win at Bradford City.
Winger Danny Shelley put them 2-0 up inside 32 minutes and two second half goals from striker Shaun Miller completed the nap hand as Crewe ensured they finished the season ahead of champions Chesterfield as npower League 2's top goalscorers.
