Bradford City manager Phil Parkinson is the npower League 2 Manager of the Month for December.
Parkinson led the Bantams to an unbeaten month with three wins and a draw during December.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "December's results have lifted Bradford City out of the relegation battle and into mid-table.
"Among their three wins were excellent victories over high-flying Southend United and Shrewsbury Town. Phil is starting to get the best out of his team."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "After a mixed month of results in November, Bradford hauled themselves seven points clear of the relegation zone with 10 points last month.
"Two clean sheets and wins over two of the league's promotion-chasers make Phil a very deserving recipient of this award.
"On behalf of npower, I'd like to congratulate Phil and the team, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season."
The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
