Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Teams of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.
Bilel Mohsni was the cream of the crop for Southend United as he hit a 21-minute hat-trick on Friday night to confirm the Shrimpers' place in the Play-Offs with a 3-0 win over relegation-threatened Barnet.
The Moroccan has had his ups and downs with the Essex club but his latest performance, which came whilst playing in an unfamiliar right-midfield role, was no doubt one of his highlights whilst playing for Paul Sturrock's men.
Southend right-back Sean Clohessy also makes the cut for his performance in the win.
Dagenham & Redbridge's Billy Bingham takes the left-midfield role as he blasted home from 30 yards to give the Daggers a deserved 1-1 draw against Crawley Town, a result that ensured their survival in League 2.
Making up the midfield is Oxford United's Asa Hall and Rotherham United Jason Taylor.
Hall earned the Us a point against Plymouth Argyle with a spectacular long-range effort, whilst Taylor scored in the Millers' 3-2 victory against Morecambe.
Lewis Grabban is the other Rotherham player in the XI as he scored a brace in their win. The striker opened the scoring in the 21st minute before notching the winner with an outstanding 30-yard effort.
Aldershot's Guy Madjo, who also bagged a brace, partners Grabban up front. Left-back Anthony Straker, who is also included in the Team of the Week, laid it on a plate for Madjo to grab his first, whilst the Cameroonian headed home late on for his second, sealing the Shots' victory.
Crewe Alexandra's David Artell is alongside AFC Wimbledon's Mat Mitchel-King at centre-back.
Artell got on the score sheet as the Alex moved into the Play-Off places with a 1-0 win over Cheltenham Town. Mitchel-King, meanwhile, played a pivotal role in the Dons' 2-0 home win against promotion-chasing Torquay United.
Finally, Hereford United's Adam Bartlett takes the spot between the sticks as he kept a clean sheet in the Bulls' goalless draw with Northampton Town.
