THE CHASING PACK

Crawley Town missed the chance to all but seal their own promotion as they lost 3-0 at home to relegation-battling Hereford United.

Goalkeeper Michel Kuipers was at fault on the first two goals, allowing Joe Colbeck a simple finish after a defensive mix-up for the first, and then being easily rounded by Delroy Facey before Yoann Arquin slotted in the second. Substitute Arquin then added a third eight minutes from time.

That leaves Crawley level on points with fourth-placed Torquay United, who conceded a 90th minute equaliser to draw 1-1 with Play-Off chasing Crewe Alexandra. Crewe go into the final day needing to avoid defeat to make the Play-Offs after Oxford United went down 2-0 at home to Southend United.

Cheltenham Town are definitely in thanks to a 3-1 win over Bradford City in which James Spencer bagged a brace after they went behind to Nahki Well's eighth-minute goal.
