The nominations for the npower League 2 Manager of the Month award for November have been announced.

They are as follows:-

Paul Cook (Chesterfield)
In his first month as new manager, Paul Cook started with a draw and a loss, but three wins in a week against Oxford United, Cheltenham Town and Plymouth Argyle suggest that the Spireites have a bright future with Cook at the healm.

Paul Sturrock (Southend United)
A great month for the Essex club saw Paul Sturrock's men claim 13 points from a possible 15 and finish the month in fourth position. Emphatic away wins against AFC Wimbledon and Torquay United reinforced their promotion-chasing credentials in style.

Paul Tisdale (Exeter City)
Three wins, a draw and a solitary loss in the month ensured that Paul Tisdale's side kept their promotion hopes alive in November. An impressive away win against league leaders Gillingham was the highlight in a strong month and will give the Grecians the belief they can beat anyone in the division.

The winners will be announced on Friday live on Sky Sports News, from 10am.
