Mansfield Town have been promoted back to The Football League following a 1-0 victory over Wrexham.

Matt Green's penalty five minutes before the half-time break was enough to secure the Blue Square Bet Premier title with the Stags' 30th win of the campaign.

Paul Cox's side return to The League after a five-year absence. They were relegated in 2007/08, along with their visitors Wrexham, who will now attempt to achieve their return via the Conference Play-Offs.

The Play-Offs will be contested by the Red Dragons, runners-up Kidderminster Harriers, Newport County and Grimsby Town.
