AFC Wimbledon v Oxford United
AFC Wimbledon will be in search of their first ever points against Oxford United when the pair clash at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
All six meetings between the two have ended in favour of the U's, who sit fourth after draws in their last two outings.
The Wombles started well but now find themselves down in 15th after going without a win in five.
Bristol Rovers v Chesterfield
Chesterfield were knocked off their perch at the top of the table in midweek and travel to struggling Bristol Rovers.
The Spireites fought back from two goals down to rescue a point against York City on Tuesday night but that wasn't enough to preserve their status as League 2 leaders - they now trail Rochdale by two points.
Bristol Rovers haven't registered a three-point haul for eight games and have lost their last two matches, against Wycombe Wanderers and Accrington Stanley.
Dagenham and Redbridge v Rochdale
Table-toppers Rochdale visit Dagenham and Redbridge.
The Dale have secured victories in their last two outings with last-gasp turnarounds and that has seen them move onto 26 points to rise to the summit. Keith Hill's men beat Cheltenham Town 2-1 last Saturday after trailing 1-0, before overcoming Northampton 3-2 in midweek with two late goals.
The Daggers are 13th and beat Southend United 1-0 in midweek. They have suffered just one loss in eight.
Exeter City v Burton Albion
Third-placed Exeter City entertain Burton Albion, who are eighth.
The Grecians have chalked up four points from their last two games, with a victory against Scunthorpe United being followed by a draw with Oxford United, while the Brewers have notched successive wins, against Chesterfield and Torquay United.
Goals are guaranteed in this fixture with one side scoring three or more goals in all of the last five clashes between the two.
Burton's Adam McGurk celebrates scoring his, and the Brewers', second against Chesterfield last Saturday
Mansfield Town v Plymouth Argyle
Mansfield Town have drawn their last three and face Plymouth.
The Stags have shared the points with three sides in the bottom five - Bristol Rovers, Torquay and Bury - in their last three, and now meet 19th-placed Plymouth, who are without a victory in seven.
The pair haven't clashed since February 2003, when Argyle ran out 3-1 winners. The last meeting between the clubs at Field Mill was a cracker that ended 4-3 to Mansfield.
Morecambe v Accrington Stanley
League 2's Lancashire rivals, Morecambe and Accrington Stanley, cross swords at the Globe Arena on Saturday.
It was contrasting emotions for the sides on Tuesday night, as Jim Bentley's Morecambe suffered their first defeat in nine, while Stanley chalked up their first win of the season.
James Beattie's side remain bottom but will be buoyed by their opening victory, and by the fact that they've only lost once to their rivals in 14 meetings. The Shrimps are unbeaten on home soil, however.
Newport County v Southend United
Ninth-place Newport County take on Southend United, who are 11th.
Justin Edinburgh's Exiles have registered four points in their two most recent outings, against York City and Plymouth Argyle, while Southend lost on Tuesday to end their run of three wins on the spin.
Newport have the second best home record in the division, with 13 points yielded from their six games at Rodney Parade. Southend will be a tough nut to crack; Phil Brown's men have conceded just five goals in their six games on the road.
Northampton Town v Cheltenham Town
Aidy Boothroyd's Northampton Town host Cheltenham Town at 2pm, in a repeat of last season's League 2 Play-Off semi-final.
The Cobblers were the victors over the two legs but they were comprehensively brushed aside by Bradford City at Wembley in the Final, and they have struggled to get going this term, lying in the bottom two with nine points from 13 games.
Cheltenham have also experienced a stuttering start but they have two victories in three, including a comfortable 3-0 triumph against Morecambe on Tuesday, the same night Northampton lost 3-2 at Rochdale.
Lee Nicholls celebrates Northampton's victory at Cheltenham in last season's Play-Off semi-finals - the Cobblers have won just twice in 16 games since
Scunthorpe United v Hartlepool United
It's 12th against 14th at Glanford Park with Scunthorpe entertaining Hartlepool.
The Iron have only lost twice so far, with five draws and five wins from their other 10 outings. They've been defeated only once in eight and that came last weekend at home to Exeter, who ran out 4-0 winners.
Hartlepool's dreadful start is a thing of the past with Pools riding a four-game winning run. Their latest three points were collected against AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday night.
Torquay United v Portsmouth
Torquay United and Portsmouth meet for the second time this season on Saturday.
The pair played each other in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at the start of September - their first meeting since the turn of the century - and it ended 0-0, with Pompey advancing on penalties.
Meetings before that have mostly ended in Pompey's favour - they have six victories to Torquay's two - and they come into the latest battle unbeaten in three, while Torquay have lost four of their last five.
Wycombe Wanderers v Bury
Wycombe Wanderers have won their last two and host lowly Bury.
Gareth Ainsworth's men were unable to carry on their winning run in midweek as their game at Portsmouth was abandoned due to a waterlogged pitch, while Bury secured a point with a 0-0 draw with Mansfield.
The managerless Shakers are yet to register three points on the road this term with five of their six away games ended in defeat.
York City v Fleetwood Town
Fleetwood Town have hit a rough patch of form and are on the road to York City.
The Cod Army have lost their most recent two, against Southend and Scunthorpe, without finding the net, while York threw away a two-goal lead to draw with Chesterfield on Tuesday.
Fifth-placed Fleetwood have only ever lost to the Minstermen once - during the 2010/11 Conference season - and know another three points against York could move them into the top three.
